Sun Ketch Construction is a fully licensed and insured contracting company that has been family owned and operated in Pinellas County since 1990. Our experience spans from, complete multi and single-family residential community development, to new commercial construction, tenant improvements and commercial & residential remodeling. Sun Ketch has built over 500 single and multifamily homes over the past 35 years. Our knowledge and experience plus strong relationships with our trades and suppliers has allowed us to consistently deliver quality constructed projects on time and on budget through the years.
